Pack 565

Menlo Park Cub Scouts

Who We Are

Cub Scouts of America

The best way to find out what you do best is to do it. Swing a bat. Pitch a tent. Build a Pinewood Derby car. Cub Scouts are at the magical age where everything is new and possible and, most important, fun.

Cub Scouts live in a world of “firsts” — first home run, first campfire, first checkered flag — where their game plan is their imagination. Their most valuable reward is the friends they make for life and a parent’s proud smile. These are invaluable experiences that can be had in Scouting.

What's Involved?

Boys and girls in kindergarten to fifth grade can be a Cub Scout. In Pack 565, kids can have fun, make friends, experience new things, and help their community. Scouts and their families meet around once a month for a pack meeting followed by an activity. Individual dens meet at a cadence that’s best for the den. Pack 565 also has fun activities for the whole family throughout the year.

Pack 565 is family-led and the scouting experience is fun for the whole family. Parental involvement helps us create great experiences for everyone. Families are asked to volunteer in some way throughout the year.
